What you have to Gain? / What you have to Lose?
(Shield Lock) Present your goals to someone that will hold you accountable.
4) Plan Strategize, Benchmark, Set Mini-Goals with Dates, Reward.
5) Take Action Make it Happen!
6) Re-Evaluate Record Your Beginning and Your Progress. Journal.
7) Repeat the Process
