One part Fitness, one part Intellectual, mix in some Fellowship and you have a calorie burn for the body that fuels the soul. Throw some weight in a ruck sack, head off on a 2-3 mile hike while your mind is led through Q source material straight from the creators of F3 and other leadership development programs.

    Started by reviewing the notes below with the Run and Ruck PAX then lead a free flow discussion during the ruck:

    Resolution- a firm decision to do or not to do something

    Steps of a Resolution

    1) Decide (latin) – Cut Off

    2) Set Goals with Measurable –
    Personal Development
    Family – Parents, Marriage, Kids, ect.
    3) Leverage Your Goals-
    What you have to Gain? / What you have to Lose?
    (Shield Lock) Present your goals to someone that will hold you accountable.

    4) Plan Strategize, Benchmark, Set Mini-Goals with Dates, Reward.

    5) Take Action Make it Happen!

    6) Re-Evaluate Record Your Beginning and Your Progress. Journal.

    7) Repeat the Process

    Following the Ruck we broke off immediately for the Fortress Beatdown without a COT.
