Circled up at 0515 for the 5CPs, Credo and Mission. Counted off and then the thing.
THE THING:
Runners ran and two ruckers rucked. Really it’s a simple concept that doesn’t take much oversite or planning for.
Circled back up at 0556 (ruckers were slow but had good conversation). Did the CoR and NoR. Brute came in with a 6 on how he has F3 to thank to keep him moving and in great shape. Announcements for the run/ ruck event in April. Closed in prayer for those struggling.
