1st of tha Month
PAX(19): Cogsworth, Boo Boo, Gas man, Mole, Juice, Goose, Ollie, Splinter, Mailman, Scrooge, Pixar, Trinity, Ozzie, Gap, Sipe, Yeast, Brute, Oh Geez, Trojan(Q)
Thang: 2 options for running routes this AM. 4.8-mile traditional BK Summit route to BK and back OR 3.1-mile loop that went down Main, left onto Monroe, left onto Silica, left onto Convent, and back home through the arches at Lourdes. We had a lone wolf Rucker (Yeast) who tore up the Speedway coffee run out and back.
CoT: Juice was our 6 and spoke to knowing he needed the 1st F but being so thankful for the 2nd and 3rd, recognizing his need for all 3. Announcement that Flush is tackling the Miakonda ultra. Pax can send him off at 1000 and/or pace him beginning at 1400. Prayers for the Harbaugh family (lol, Oz), Sideshow for the passing of his mother, and Ear Muffs during his mission in Tanzania.
