24 Men joined me for World Physical Therapy Day at BK Summit/Five Lakes. The target was to get moving run/ruck to the hills and back!. Well most of us… some chose the hill of beans at Speedway for coffee… either way we learned that MOTION IS LOTION! (This is a saying we have in physical therapy!) It was an honor to lead! KEEP MOVING F3LLAS!
