Bourbon measured out 10 yards and setup the cones and concrete blocks. We went over the standards and form and the order of the exercises. Then got to work. TuPac graciously joined us to keep time, keep us accountable with form, and most of all – keep us motivated and moving.

    Results:

    Dutch – 443
    Woodstock – 852
    Bourbon – 869

Doing this in a group setting is key. When your body and mind want to give up, you see your brothers pushing through and pushing their limits and keep going yourself. We all busted our tails and left nothing in the gas tank.

Definitely worth noting that Woodstock was using one wheel due to knee issues. Wow, talk about digging deep and crushing it!

COT / Prayers and Intentions: Thankful for the ability to do this and our brothers. Prayers for Woodstock’s surgery later that day.
