Started with the mission and core principles.
The Thang:
Run with rucks optional 10:00 to 11:00 pace…all 6 PAX showed up with a ruck, beast mode.
Montoya started out srtting the pace. The route headed out from the Y parking lot to the tennis courts, past the new fire station and through the heart of Levi’s Commons to 25 where we crossed over the highway. From here the PAX split off and the fast group added a quarter mile loop so that all could get a good push and finish at a similar time. This plan was a bust as the slow group somehow found some legs for the last mile back to the Y. Some PAX continued on running upon returning to the Y as time permitted. All PAX finished with between 3.45 and 4.87 miles for the ruck run. Great work by all.
Ended with a COT and prayer. Chew toy had to head home immediately and Tots headed inside the Y to set up the video for 3rd F.
