    Warmup: Side Straddle Hops, Abe Vigodas, Michael Phelps

    Workout Details:
    12 exercises were listed on a sheet of paper. Start with 1 rep each, run a lap, then add 1 rep per round.

    Ended with COR, NOR, and COT.
