    We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops (20), Abe Vigodas (10), and a jog to the exit sign and back.

    The workout consisted of: with 6 cones spaced out, we did 10 reps of an exercise at each cone (same exercise at each cone, total 60 reps) jogging in between each cone. Once we finished the exercise at the last cone, we sprinted back to the first cone. Repeat with a different exercise. The exercises were

    1. Merkins
    2. Mike Tyson’s
    3. LBC’s
    4. Side plank crunch (rotate sides each cone)
    5. Squats
    6. LT Dans
    7. Diamond merkins
    8. Carolina dry docks
    9. Gas pumps
    10. Burpees

    Ended with COR, NOR, COT
