    PAX: Juice, Lefty, Grains

    ️ Workout Name: “Traveling Pain Train”
    Format: Partner Grinder – Total reps per movement, shared between both partners
    Equipment: 1 cinderblock per man
    Goal: Work together to complete each round before moving to the next. One partner works while the other travels.

    Rep Ladder (Shared Between Partners)
    – Cinderblock Thrusters (Squat + Press)

    Partner A does thrusters with cinderblock

    Partner B bears crawls 20–25 yards with the cinderblock

    Switch until 100 total reps are complete

    200 – Cinderblock Merkins (hands on block)

    Partner A knocks out cinderblock Merkins

    Partner B overhead carries the cinderblock 20–30 yards and back

    Switch and repeat until 200 reps are complete

    300 – Cinderblock Curls (both arms at once)

    Partner A curls

    Partner B farmer’s carries cinderblock 20–30 yards and back

    Switch as needed until 300 total curls are done

    400 – Cinderblock WW3 Sit-ups (1 = 2)

    Partner A does WW3 sit-ups (feet anchored under block, press block at top)

    Partner B lunge walks with the cinderblock overhead for distance

    Switch off until 400 reps complete

    500 – Cinderblock Flutter Kicks (block held over chest)

    Each leg = 1 rep (so 250 per partner)

    Partner A does flutter kicks

    Partner B does a sprint-style carry (hug the block and hustle) ~20 yards and back

    Switch until 500 flutters are done
