For the 4th of July we started with a song routine to Katy Perry’s “Firework.” Squats during verses. Burpees during the chorus. Merkins during the bridge.
We ended with a song routine to Ray Charles’ “America the Beautiful.” Hold Plank. Every time he says America do a hand-release merkin. Any reference to God/the divine you can take a break.
In between the opening and closing song, we did 11s up and down the amphitheater steps.
