Back Blast for Bushwood 9/21/2023
Attendance: T-Rex, Boo Boo, The Situation, Wild Sprayer, Tucson, Mr. Rogers

“Swamp Ball Training”
A tabata-style beat down incorporating speed and agility exercises
For a timer, one person at a time did 100 jump ropes while the others did one of the following stations. After each 100 jump ropes, guys rotated to the next station.
Station 1: Side Steps
Station 2- Step-Ups
Station 3 – Incline Merkins
Station 4 – catch with a partner
Station 5 – Speed Skaters
Station 6 – Big Boys
After completing one full circuit, we all did 7 burpees in cadence.
Ended with sprints.
