Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    We got in a good 3.0-3.3 miles on an easy Saturday morning in West Toledo.

    All stayed for Romano’s awesome football season kickoff Beatdown, so we saved COT for three Beatdown.

    We played flag football! Whitney Houston sang the national anthem, we did the coin flip…1’s vs. 2’s. The 1’s beat the 2’s 4-3…It was an incredible game. Headlined by a highlight tackle:

    Usain clotheslined Dauber at the goal line. He said it was unintentional….

    1) 1 lap around The Oasis

    2) Each member of the PAX, one at a time, did one rep of the “obstacle course”…which was going through the entire jungle gym without touching the ground (monkey bars/monkey wheel/bridges/slide/up and over the climbing wall 3 times).

    While that was happening, the PAX was doing one exercise at a time, 15 reps, called out by each member of the PAX one by one. We did this for 30 minutes.

    3) We played Ultimate Frisbee. The 2’s beat the 1’s, even though they were down a man, 5-4.
