    6 Stations, Partner up and. Complete each station then run a lap and move on to the next station. Each partner rotates doing a wall sit while the other completes the exercises:

    Group #1:

    Mountain Climbers- 20 reps (2 is 1)

    Pickle Pounders- 15 reps

    Stump Huggers- 10 reps

    Group #2:

    Side Pounders (obliques) –
    20 reps (10 on each side)

    American Hammers- 15 reps (2 is 1)

    Toe Touches- 10 (2 is 1)

    Group #3:

    LBC’s- 20 reps

    Freddy Mercurys- 15 reps (2 is 1)

    Crunchy Frogs- 10 reps

    Group #4:

    Partner Leg Throws- 10 reps

    Partner Plank Pushes- 10 reps (each partner)

    Group #5:

    Heels to Heaven- 20 reps

    Superman- 15 reps

    Big Boy Sit Ups- 10 reps

    Group #6:

    Flutter Kicks- 20 reps (2 is 1)

    Broken Wheelbarrow- 10 reps (each partner)
