QIC – Mole
PAX – 15 Total. Trinity, Rubble, Johnny, Tucky, Smails, Brute, Pixar, Cogsworth, Mayor, Hardwood, Spotify, Tupac, Yeast, Boo-Boo, and Mole as Q.
Simple workout today. We did 8 five minute rounds of a 400M run, 6-10 pull-ups and 15-20 merkins. Knowing there would be some recovery time, after the work was done we used the remaining 60-90 seconds to recover before the clock ran down to start the next round. 8x through. At the end of the workout we would have run 2 miles, done 48-80 pull-ups and 120-160 merkins.
We wrapped it up with the Circle of Trust. Rubble was the 6. Announcements were made and a prayer was said.
