PAX – 17 Total. Trinity, Splinter, Brita, Pixar, Nails, Chop Shop, Sideshow, Tupac, Mayor, Sipe, Bagels, Bambi, Ollie, Tucky, Smails, Paddleboat, and Mole as Q.
Partner work today. 6 stations – Sit-ups, Pull-Ups, Merkins, Burpees, Squats, and Tuck Jumps. Each station was spaced around the school and at each station one of the pax would do 10 reps then recover while the partner did his 10, then 9, then 8 and so on down to 1. The only station that was different was burpees – that was alternating burpees up to 50 (one does odd while the other does even).
We wrapped it up with the Circle of Trust. Splinter was the 6. Announcements were made and a prayer was said.
