Mozie to the far cone
1 Squats
Mozie back to the middle
2 lunges – 2 = 1
Carry your block however you want back to the start
Repeato with 2 curls (3 = 1) and 9 squats, numbers in the middle stay the same
Round 2
10 Squirl and carry your block
2 manmakers
Mozie to the far cone and do 1 Hammers (4 = 1)
Mozie back to the middle and do 2 Crunchy Frogs
Carry the block back to the beginning
Repeato with 2 Squirls, and 9 Hammers (4 = 1), numbers in the middle stay the same
