THE THING:
The Q would name an exercise and how many reps at each of the points: Start, Wildcat, Flag, Wildcat, Finish. Once done PAX would all pick up the 6 and then the next exercise was named. Simple.
Merkins – 20, 30, 40, 30, 20
Squats – 20, 30, 40, 30 , 20
LBCs – 30, 40, 50, 40, 30
Wide Merkins – 10, 20, 30, 20, 10
Burpees – 5, 6, 7, 6, 5
