Warm-Up – SSH, Old Man Windmills, Chainbreakers and Gummy Worms
Work-Out
Do 1 of the 1st exercise, mozie to the cone, lunge walk to next cone, mozie to the stop sign and repeat the exercise. Mozie back, lunge again (wet parking lot) from cone to cone, mozie to the beginning. Start Round 2 with 2 of the 2nd exercise and 1 of the 1st, repeato everything else.
