More cadence work with blocks
PAX continued to do cadence work with blocks while 1 member from each team raced down the hill on Bambi’s specially designed downhill racing ski/sleds. Bambi was the winner, nearly going all the way into Ten Mile Creek.
COT where Rubble shared the “Six” and encouraged us to tell our coworkers and friends about the ridiculous stuff we did outside, early this morning. Maybe they’ll want to check it out.
