Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.
Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

13 men gathered at The Fortress on what YHC assumes to be the coldest morning of the season thus far. I’d call it “the gloom,” but in all reality, it was quite the opposite of gloom. Beautiful, dark, starlit sky, unscathed fallen snow, and a couple shovel flags representing the freedom we share to gather for such an event. All this, plus a group of PAX pushing, challenging and encouraging one another. Today’s beatdown was about community, and thus all movements were done in cadence. The PAX of PB welcomed an outsider to Q which reinforced F3’s deep belief in community.

PAX were reminded of Q-School with Dark Helmet and his challenge to all Q’s is to lead in cadence. Therefore, YHC challenged the PAX that when it was their turn, to lead IC. The next activity gave each PAX a chance to quick-Q something IC.
Leadership Circle: each PAX picked a favorite exercise and # of reps and lead their set IC.
The PAX moseyed back to the shovel flags for count-o-rama, name-o-rama, know the 6 and prayer requests.
