Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Opened with F3 Mission and 5 Core Principles. Explained terms to FNG (“Huffy” – EH’d by Jennay) and mosey’d over to start of disc golf course.

    Jenny explained that if anyone ever wanted to come play, they could use their library card to check out discs from the Way Public Library down the road.

    Next was count-o-rama followed by the instructions for the beatdown. Had 17 with Dr. Dre catching up with us making 18 – 1 FNG.

    Landslide, Moana, Ticket, Virus, Stark, Jennay, Tiger, Huffy – (FNG), Peepers, Zigzag, Cobra, Dr. Dre, Bambi, Tupac, Wake, Buttermaker, Woodstock, Zod

    Pax were to remember their numbers as this would be their throwing order. 1st would throw the disc towards the basked and 2nd would sprint to chase it. While 2nd was chasing the disc, rest of group was completing waiting exercise. Upon reaching the disc, the 2nd would do burpees to signal the group they could run to catch up. This process repeated throughout the beatdown. If the Pax achieved par, they would mosey to the next hole. If they did worse than par, an exercise would ensue circled around the basket.

    8 It was realized on this hole Tiger had dropped his Keys. Some Pax had fallen back to help him find them. The rest of the group sprinted back to hole 4 to search for them. When they were found, everyone ran back to hole 8 to resume workout.

    Everyone mosey’d back to flag where we completed count-o-rama, Bambi was the 6 and gave details about his experiences with F3. Huffy made an introduction and received his F3 name. Ended with COT before pax headed to Lamplight.
