Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    9 PAX and Picked up one FNG halfway through (EH’d by Tupac)

    PAX: Jennay, Tupac, Moana, Woodstock, Chanel, Revere, Bourbon, FNG – Welcome “The Fridge”, Stark, Spaulding

    We all met at the AO on a beautiful morning to play some Frolf (Frisbee Golf). We initially had no FNGs so opened with Mission Statement and 4 Core principals (Jennay decided to lump 2 together with “Free to all Men”) and then added in the 5th. We started by Moseying over to the starting hole where Jennay announced the rules after a count-o-rama.

    Starting player would throw the disc while all other PAX performed american hammers. Player 2 would then sprint after the disc until he located it and signal the others by doing burpees. the others would then get up and sprint to the disc and the process would complete itself with consecutive players until the hole was completed with par. If no par was achieved, a beatdown would occur at the end of each hole. Below is the order for beatdowns/rest positions.

    – Hole 1 – American Hammers – Side Straddle Hop (25 @ 4 Count)
    – Hole 2 – American Hammers – Slow Merkins (25 @ 4 Count Descend)
    – Hole 3 – American Hammers – Squat Jumps 30
    – Hole 4 – Flutter Kicks – 20 Yard Partner Wheelbarrow
    – Hole 5 – Flutter Kicks – 25 Up/Downs (each side)
    – Hole 6 – Flutter Kicks – Lunge walk to next hole

    From Here Tupac and I believe Stark split off to go talk to a guy who pulled up in a parking lot and looked like he needed a beatdown. The gentleman agreed and The Fridge was born later that day.

    – Hole 7 – Plank – Pickle Pounder – 25 (We were glad The Fridge joined us before he saw us doing these)
    – Hole 8 – Plank – Monkey Humper – 60 Count-o-rama
    – Hole 9 – Plank – Plank Jacks – 25 @ 4 Count
    – Hole 10 – Plank – Chanel chose exercise since he missed his turn – 25 Ski Jumpers
    – Hole 11 – PAX split into 2 groups for final hole. Group one had Birdie and Group 2 hit par so skipped a beatdown.

    All then Mosey’d back to flag for COR/NOR. Bourbon was the 6 and we welcomed the Fridge with his name. Ended with COT before many headed to breakfast.
