The Q:

Fort Imagination

boot camp, Perrysburg

Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

PAX – Tai Guy, Geppetto, TuPac, Flo, Bambi, UPS, Jennay, Casper

The OSU/Mich game was later today so YHC decided to make the workout a bit of a game. I had been working on a concept of 4×4’s (4 reps of 4 workouts) so they came into play today.
Weather was about as piss pour as you can get, low 40’s and rain. I’d much rather it drop another 15 degrees and snow. But I digress.
Setup a field of approx 40 yards X 40 Yards, dropped 20 extremely light weight plastic ball-pit balls on each half of the playing field (to which all 40 promptly blew across the parking lot to the team on the northern end), and separated PAX into two teams.
Goal, get as many balls on your end of field. Catch – you had to do a 4X4 before you could run across and grab (one ball at a time) and bring it back to your end. Repeato. Do as many 4X4s as possible to get the balls on your side.
    3 Rounds of 10 mins
Round One – Merkins, Peter Parkers, Plank Tucks, Plank Up/Downs
Round Two – SSH, Jump Squats, Standing Mounting Climbers, Bonnie Blaires
Round Three – Burpees, V-up’s, Plank Jacks, Kick Throughs

Cheating was rampant by certain PAX (eh-hem Bambi) BUT It was definitely a fun way to workout. Got lost in the game and didn’t even realize how hard we were working. Definitely worth another shot under better conditions with more PAX.

NOR, COR, COT – Prayers for our brothers or their families fighting physical or emotional sicknesses.

Always an Honor, Always a Pleasure

**Special Shout out to Casper and UPS for helping me setup the field in the awful conditions and sacrafice a bit of our pre-run attempt**
