Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.
Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.
Chicharrones
Pax: Montoya, Tupac, Stark, Chew Toy, Gepetto, Butterfingers (Buttermaker), Bambi, Woodstock, Jennay, Huckleberry, Thai Guy, Hacksaw, Casper, Huffy, Charmin, Dutch, Bourbon
Opened with Mission statement and Core Principles. A few Pax had just finished a pre-run or pre-ruck. Bambi’s CSAUP time of 3:30 AM start didn’t catch on for this weekend, maybe next weekend!
The Thang
Instructions were given for HIIT portion of the beatdown. As pax finished the rotation, the order would determine their teams for a game of football after.

Most Pax finished 2 rotations with a few entering into their third. After 30 minutes, the teams were decided and we mosey’d over to the church parking lot to toss the pig skin around. The competition was fierce and the Pax catching ability was terrible. Both teams ended up with a score of 0 and resulted in a tie.
Mosey’d back to the flag and finished with Count-O-Rama, Montoya was the 6, Announcements were related to the upcoming convergence and start of the winter challenge. Ended with COT before heading to breakfast.
