PAX- Nimbus, Dutch, Hazmat, Montoya, UPS, Woodstock, Ponzy,
The beatdown was started with the F3 Mission statement, Core Principles, and Count-o-rama.
On a weekend where the Steelers and the Browns were praying for a Cleveland win in hopes of A spot in the playoffs and a winning season, we divided up based on our loyalties and worked together to start removing the excess cookies and junk we had eaten over the last month! We divided up into Steelers fans, Browns fans, and fans of the field. Then we paired Up with a fan of the opposite team.
We Started with a victory lap of approximately ¾ of a mile..
We then went from station to station working as a team to finish each station.
There were two exercises at each station.
Both partners completed the first exercise and then held plank until their partner was done. Once both partners had completed the first exercise, they completed the second exercise. The first person done held plank until their partner was done.
We did 19 reps of the first exercise (For Ju Ju Smith Schuster) and 30 of the second exercise ( For James Conner).
Once the station was complete, both partners ran to the next station.
Once we completed one full circuit, wel ran one lap around the circuit without stopping to do exercises. This is approximately ¾ of a mile.
We continued the rotation until the end of the Beat Down. Most teams completed two full circuits and I team completed three circuits.
Exercises were modified as needed.
The Beatdown ended with Count-o-rama, Name-o-rams, the Six, Announcements, and Prayer Intentions in a Circle of Trust.
