22 men were not scared this cold Halloween morning as we rucked 2 miles. For the first mile the PAX counted 1-4; we proceeded to carry all the 1s for 1/4 mile, 2s for 1/4, 3s for 1/4 mile and the 4s for a 1/4 mile. This first mile time was 19:33. This mile was great for 2nd F as well as teamwork. The last mile was good old fashioned rucking with a time of 15:27. Once back at the lot we did 20 merkins, 30 flutter kicks and 40 squats. It was Klinger’s 44th birthday so we did 44 merkins in his honor.
Prayer Intentions:
Froman’s friend’s baby Landen has a skin condition, pray for healing and comfort.
Wake’s coworker’s wife is pregnant and on bedrest, Rose and his wife are trying to have a third child prayers for fertility.
