   Da thang: a blustery ruck of 2.8 miles, with 5 logs, of varying weight and lengths, and a cinder block, used to carry along the way. With really no method to the madness, several stops along the way included shoulder taps (for those without a coupon), and shoulder presses to squats (with a log or cinder block) all done in cadence.

   Prayer requests included Bluto’s mother-in-law, Honeymoon’s friend who recently passed away in an MVA, and Cogsworth’s coworker recently diagnosed with cancer.

   I am humbled to be able to lead a great group of guys, and is always a privilege to do so! Thanks for the opportunity to lead.
