    Jared "Mailman" Malone says:

21 men braved the chilled Ohio morning and set off through Sylvania for a ruck. With Old Glory flapping in the snowy sky we rucked 3.25 miles with an average pace of 16 min miles. We had (2) 60 lbs. sandbags and (2) 40 lbs. sandbags along with Jimmy Dean’s F3 cinderblock.

We started at Harroun Park and went through downtown Sylvania. In honor of Froman’s 100th post we rucked to Faith Hill (Northview High School) where we had two teams race for 100 yards doing Indian bear crawl with planks.

After Faith Hill we continued on through Lourdes University and back to Harroun Park.

Our FNG this morning was Corey Modrowski. He has completed multiple rucking events and has his own podcast called All Day Ruckoff. The PAX gave him the name Mother Rucker.

This morning the PAX had the following prayer requests: Dauber asked for prayers for the DelVerne family. Cogsworth asked for prayers for those who have losses in the family especially this time of year with the the holidays. Froman’s Dad had a successful surgery and will be hospitalized for a few days, prayers to get better soon. Honeymoon’s Dad is in need of prayers for healing, prayers for his Dad to get motivation and get better. Brita spoke of the troops and their sacrifice. The are risking everything so that we have the freedoms we have. We want to show respect and honor to the troops.

    PAX included:

    Scrooge
    Cogsworth
    Honeymoon
    Mayor
    Rose
    Brita
    Pixar
    El Chapo
    FNG Mother Rucker

    Worm
    Wake
