   Da pax: Billy Bob, Mayor, 567, Wake, Worm, Cousteau, Hustle

   The title of this ruck was ‘Run the Ruck’, with an anticipation of double-stepping it most of the way. However, some guys just ‘show up’ without reading the GroupMe calendar. There were also 2 newer guys to F3 and I did not want them to NOT show up again. I thus ‘down-modified’ the ruck and included some areas of double-stepping as well as some stops of PT exercises along the way. This group did not disappoint and we all put it in work on a sticky, humid July morning!

   The ‘6’ was Worm, who detailed what F3 has done for him, and what it means to him. His words were inspiring to the pax, and as we heard what the ‘6’ has to offer, we are always humbled and reminded of the brotherhood that is F3. Aye!

   Prayer intentions included new guys posting (and that they CONTINUE to post), for the blessings we all have and for those who are not as blessed, and as always, for the troops, both active and for our veterans, who have allowed us to do what we do everyday.

   Thanks for the opportunity to lead, always privileged and humbled to do so!
