   Warm up with side straddle hops , windmills and michael Phelps
   pT – 20 of each- Merkins, klinger kicks, and thrusters
   Began ruck to McCord junior high with music blasting and spirits high . We then reached the overpass at Sylvania by the JCC and colonel decided it would be a good idea to pick up 2 heavy logs and we moved those all the way to McCord. At McCord we dumped the logs but took part in a repeato of the PT . This time in sets of 15. Colonel explained we needed to double time it back to make it and this caused everyone to pick up the pace . When it was realized the time wouldn’t be made some of the PAX began to run . Klinger was a huge fan of the running with the ruck sack on . There was a little fun had from the run but we made back only 2 mins after . We apologized and moved on .
