Q: Goose
Pax: Klinger, Cogsworth, Bob Vance Vance Refrigeration, Trinity, Mr. Belding, Sipe, TuPac, Flush, Rubble, Floppy, Gas Man, Johnny, Trojan, Splinter, Ticket, Gap, Ollie, Goose
Random Partner-Up to run with.
Route: Start line was Holland-Sylvania and the Metroparks Trail > Wildwood Entrance > Manor House; Curveball – One partner sprints the Manor House Loop while one “cools down” walking then alternates when partner catches up; 3 to 5 sprints completed in 15-20 minutes; return route same. Total mileage was roughly 4 miles.
