Heart Rate Trail
QIC – Trinity
Pax (22) – Goose, Ozzie, Cogsworth, Klinger, Bambi, Mayor, Mulcahy, FNG (Fish Sticks), Boo Boo, Belding, Simmons, Trojan, Splinter, Tupac, Sipe, Flush, Gap, Ollie, Rubble, Hedgehog, Pinewood, Trinity.
The Thang – 4-5 mile out and back run from Ant Hill to the top of the covered bridge in Wildwood. No one got lost so we’ll consider this morning a success.
