Appreciate the opportunity to Q from Trojan. We stuck to our typical route through Wildwood to the path at top of covered bridge (4 mile option) or continue on to Corey road and add an extra mile.
Presented the PAX the option to partner up, do a warm-up mile to the train tracks by WW entrance, then proceed with intervals…one partner runs out at a faster pace for 10 seconds and the other team member catches up or passes. Continue in this fashion throughout the mileage in WW. Once you hit the train tracks on the way back, a “cool down” or non-interval mile to finish.
Prayers for some PAX and family starting new jobs. Co-workers who have recently lost family, and Trojan’s MIL who for her recovery.
