SPEED THINGS UP
Weather: 57F and partly cloudy
PAX: Mulcahy, Scotch, Danica, Boo Boo, Tupac, Oh Jeez (6), Gap, Cogsworth, Hedgehog, Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 0530 for the 5CPs, creedo and mission.
THE THING
All ran to the bike trail and from there we did 30 second sprints with 90 second recovery jogs all the way to the covered bridge and did one last spring up to the parking lot. Once there PAX turned around and just ran their pace back. Quick runners slowed down and slower runners sped up so that we stayed together.
Circled back up at 0610 for the CoR, NoR. Oh Jeez came in with the 6 about accountability and then closed out in prayer.
