RUN SO FAST
Weather: 62F and mostly cloudy
PAX: Colonel, Gasman, Bambi, Flush, Sipe, Boo Boo (6), Simmons, Ticket, Thong Song, Scotch, Oh Jeez, Ozzie, Ollie, Mulcahy, Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 0530 for the 5CPs, credo and mission of F3.
THE THING:
Simple route today – Run in and take a left onto Red to do the loop > Run to Purple to connect briefly to Blue > Blue to Green and do the loop. Now follow your footsteps all the way back running back on Purple and then do the Red loop backwards.
This route was 4.6mi and easy for runners to skip the final Red loop if they need to modify.
We started with 15 and ended with 15 – so it was a success.
Circled back up right at 0610 for the CoR and NoR. Announcements for Aurora House and the wide open Q schedule. Prayers for Bluto and all those struggling in silence.
