    Monday Motivation:

    Started with 5 core principles, SSH, Windmills, and got after it.

    The Thang:

    25 reps of each exercise will be performed, then pax will snake the grand stands up and down every row. Once completed they would complete another 25 reps of each exercise, mosey over to the visitor grand stand complete 25 of each exercise, snake the grand stands, 25 reps of each exercise mosey over to the starting spot and repeat.

    Lap 1: 25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 roll ups:
    Lap 2: 25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 American hammers
    Lap3: 25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 Imperial Walkers
    Lap 4: 25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 Kling Kicks

    Ended with coa, noa, cot

    Pax: Juice, Jimmy Dean, Spokes, Tigger, Ditka, Irish Springs
