The Kickoff of F3Toledo @ Close Park commenced today, with 21 men posting in the gloom. We started with an “active warm-up” LOL.
Phase 1
AMRAP with Partner for 10 minutes:
Partner A 5 Push-Ups
Partner B 10 Squats
Partner A 15 Sit-Ups
1 Burpee (together)
Change roles each round, add 1 burpee each round
Top groups completed 10-12 burpees.
Phase 2
We moseyed to the playground for a “Mini-Murph.”
Partner A ran the .4 miles around the park, while Partner B did pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. The goal for each group was as follows:
-50 pull-ups/chin-ups
-100 push-ups
-150 squats
Once each partner ran a lap AND completed all the reps as a team, the PAX helped other groups complete their reps.

Ultimate Football: We played a 22 minute ultimate football game, 10 vs. 11. Unfortunately the game ended in a 10-10 tie…even when we added extra time to the clock. We thought about having a Fight Club, but decided not to. Until next time….
