Today’s beatdown was a simple one: we moseyed to the stairs by the Glass Bowl and did three rounds of 7’s: merkins/squats, Mike Tysons/LT Dans, big boys/American hammers. We finished with a run up the steps and down the ramp before heading back to the bell tower.
We prayed for Brody and our Pax. Always an honor for leading.
