Making sure we stay under the lights on a dark morning. We will travel around the moon tower and stop under the lights to do exercises.
Alternate between dips and calf raises inside the moontower, using the benches and steps. 20 reps each. Lunge out of the moontower into the darkness to the first light and do 10 reps second light do 10 reps third light do 20 reps. Jog back to the second light to 10 reps first light do 10 reps. When you get back to the darkness bear crawl back into the Moontower. Do your dip and calf raises in the moontower, Go to the next set of lights and repeat.
