Q: The Situation
PAX: Battle Bot, Wilson, Dr. Banner, Jinx, Paddleboat, Scotch, Mr. Rodgers, Ricky Bobby
Workout Title: “Mount Suckmore”
Format: Partner AMRAP
Structure:
Partner up
Split reps as needed (one works, one rests or planks, switch as needed)
After each completed set, both partners run a half-circle (keep it brisk!)
Goal: Get as far up the mountain as possible before time is up
The Ladder:
100 Hand-Release Merkins
Chest-to-ground, full extension at top — no cheating form
200 Jump Squats
Butt below knees. Legs = lava
300 4-Count Flutter Kicks (300 = 1200 kicks)
Core + hip flexors = melt mode
400 Mountain Climbers (4-count = 1)
Shoulders, core, cardio… you’ll feel it all
500 4-Count Plank Jacks
Plank position, feet jump in and out — controlled chaos
600 SSH with a Twist
*1st 100 = regular SSH
*2nd 100 = SSH with overhead clap every time
*Final 400 = SSH fast and furious — push the pace
