Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.
The Thang –
After providing three sealed envelopes (each with a unique location and workout), Dauber was chosen to select a workout for the PAX. On this occasion, he selected “Stay for A Tay-Tay”.
This workout took place at the main hall entrance and consisted of two rounds of ladder workouts.
Round 1:
Begin with 1ea Decline Merkin at the hall entrance and jog down to sidewalk at Bancroft. On arrival, perform 12 ea Lt. Dan’s and jog back. Continue to increase Decline Merkins while decreasing Lt. Dans until DM = 12 and LD = 1
Round 2:
Same format, hall entrance workout was Jack webs (3 to 1 ratio) and squat jumps at the sidewalk. Once again begin with 1 (near) and 12 (far) and increase near workout while decreasing far until JW=12 and SJ = 1. Fun was had by all.
COT- Prayers for our troops, first responders and for F3 with all the support each provide to all of us. For Minnie and Tiwell’s friend (and all others) battling cancer. For compassion. For all those dealing with other family and loved ones battling illness. And for those who are struggling during the holidays, extended periods of darkness, and the increasingly colder weather.
