Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Warm up 12 SSH, stretch
The Thang: Series of planks, merkins, Drydocks and supermans with weights
Mosey to Pull up bars and divide up into partners
Partner 1 does 12 pull ups while partner 2 does wall sits and overhead press. Partner 1 relieves partner 2.
Partner 2 then does 11 pulls ups and partner 1 does wall sits with overhead press.
Continue this pattern until partner 2 completes his final push up.
Mosey to next spot.
Hop on right leg about 20 yards. 25 squats, hop 5 yards and do 24 lunges. Hope back to start on opposite leg and do 23 BBSU.
Repeat this pattern until countdown is completed.
Mosey back to Flag.
Circle up and perform Merkins with reverse Fly. Perform 2 merkins with reverse fly and then pass weight to left all the while holding plank.
