The 6: Nails
PAX: Gretel, Snowman, Boo Boo, Sideshow, Nails, Mr. Rogers.
Part 1 of a 2 part workout with the Fuse. This workout focused on Chest and Legs. We had a list of 10 exercises, 20 reps each. Work though the list at your own pace. When the tabata timer goes off, stop where you are and run to the creek and back. Once back, resume where you left off. Repeato for the duration of the beatdown.
