Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

The Thang
With rucks on:
1 pull up walk down hill 10 squats
2 pull ups walk down hill 20 squats.

Then ruck to back parking lot and with rucks on 2 sets of dips
Followed by plank holds
Then we rucked to Canticle Center and did lunges with ruck and finally rucked back to Doom.
