Bedford, boot camp

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    Started with 5 Core Principles, Credio, SSH; Windmills.

    Pax did 7’s meaning pax were given 2 exercises each round. Pax started at the goal line and completed 1 exercise that was given and would run to the 20 yard line and perform the other exercise. Each side adding up to 7. After each round we added 5 yards.

    Round 1 20 yard line: Merkins, Squats
    Round 2 25 yard line: Diamond Merkins, Lunges (2is1)
    Round 3 30 Yard line: Lbc, Big boys,
    Round 4 35 Yard line: Mike Tysons, Imperial Walkers (2is1)
    Round 5 40 yard line: Hand Release Merkins, Klinger Kicks(2is1)
    Round 6 45 yard line: Air Presses, American Hammers (2is1)
    Round 7 50 yard line: Diamond Merkins, Mt. Climbers (2is1)
    Round 8 25 yard line: Burpees, Lt. Dans
