Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    Station 1
    10 Block Curls
    10 Block Swings
    10 Goblet Squats
    10 ManMakers
    Snake Steps to Station 2 and plank until PAX arrive

    Station 2
    10 Merkins
    10 Supermans
    10 Shoulder Taps
    20 Air Presses
    Run to Station 3 and Side Straddle Hop until PAX arrive

    Station 3
    10 Triple Bears
    10 Lunges (2 is 1)
    10 Mountain Climbers (2 is 1)
    20 Squats
    Run to Station 4 and Plank until PAX arrive

    Station 4
    20 LBC’s
    20 Klinger Kicks (2 is 1)
    20 American Hammers
    20 Imperial Walkers
    Run to Station 1 and Side Straddle Hop until PAX arrive

    Repeat until end
