Bedford, boot camp

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    Started with 5 core principles, SSH, Windmill

    The Thang : 4 stations were set up along the end of the bleachers. Pax would lunch between station 1 and station 2 (100 yards), Jog to station 3, Lunge to station 4 (100 yards), and jog back to station 1.

    Station 1: 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 LBC, 30 Merkins, 40 Klinger Kicks 2 is 1
    Station 2: 10 Inch Worms, 20 Big Boys, 30 Merkins, 40 Imperial Walker 2 is 1
    Station 3: 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 Freddie Mercuries 2 is 1, 30 Merkins, 40 American Hammer 2 is 1
    Station 4: 10 Burpees, 20 Heels to Heaven, 30 Merkins, 40 Windshields

    Pax completed 2 rounds.

    Ended with COA, NOA, COT
