Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

The Workout: Worked on Cadence by doing BLIMPS (Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks and Squats). 10 reps of each then a jog down the parking and back. Gave the PAX opportunity to lead and practice cadence.
Ended with a solid 6 from Bulk and prayers for the families impacted by the Oregon Plant fire.
