Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    It snowed quite a bit this week so we took advantage with some sled races. Thanks to the Bedford Boys for being good sports as we tried a few things.

    Warm-Up -SSH, Old Man Windmills, SSH, Chain Breakers, SSH and Gummy Worms

    Split the group into 2 teams to compete in the sled races

    Race 1
    10 Merkins
    15 squats
    20 plank twists – 2 is 1
    Mozie to the cone and back
    Repeato for 8 minutes

    Took both sleds and headed over to the ‘race” area by the school. Each team member had to take a turn pushing the sled down and back and riding in the sled down and back.

    Race 2
    10 diamond merkins
    15 speed skaters – 2 is 1
    20 Crunchy Frogs
    Mozie to the cone and back
    Repeato for 8 minutes

    Another sled race, this time just down or back. But not both, that was harder than I thought

    Race 3
    10 slo-mo merkins
    15 Monkey Humpers
    20 LBC’s
    Mozie to the cone and back
    Repeato for 8 minutes

    Last race – headed to a new area. Had to traverse a large loop, Inidan Run Sled Push style. Push until you can’t, rotate, continue around the track.

    PAX in attendance – Irish Spring, Carlton, Patch, Cogsworth, Roland, Biff, Quadzilla, Fletcher, Marmaduke and Beaker. Q’ds by Beaker.
